Adventure Explore – Mount Lofty Adventure Hub – 17 April

Come along to a day filled with adventure and excitement. There is something for everyone!

You have the power of choice, the power to choose your challenge levels and the choice of many stations which are engaging and fun.

The Mount Lofty Adventure Hub is Adelaide’s best outdoor adventure park, with Rock Climbing as high as the sky, Tree based Challenge Ropes Course, Low Ropes course where there is an activity for everyone for all interests and ages. It is also home of the longest Zipline in South Australia.

Our day will also include lunch at the Adventure Hub. Snack will be provided during activities.

Legacy Staff transport will be provided from our office on Beach Rd, to the Adventure Hub with our experienced team.

Other activities include,

• A blanace beam
• A mega swing
• The leap of faith
• Rope course ( Team work challenges )

*Saftey Briefs and Safe climbing wear is included.

What to pack and wear:

• A hat
• Sneakers or Flat Comfortable Shoes (must have enclosed toes i.e. NO thongs)
• Loose but not revealing clothing, e.g. track suit pants or shorts (summer only) and a long sleeve t-shirt.
• All long hair is to be tied back in a LOW PONYTAIL
• NB: YOUR SHIRT MUST HAVE SLEEVES
• A packed lunch – which includes fruit, a water bottle and something substantial for lunch.
• Enclosed shoes are a must!
• Your own sunscreen if you prefer (we will supply standard sunscreen)
• Rain Jacket (Preferred)
• Personal medications if required e.g. asthma puffers

Other optional items include:

• Hair ties
• A camera ( no phones )
• Beanie and gloves

Please do not bring the following:

• NO mobile phones
• NO tank tops
• NO electronic devices e.g. Gameboys etc.
• NO “short” shorts
• NO jewellery – this poses a safety and theft risk
• NO skirts

*Please consider healthier options when packing lunch boxes.
