Meals and Food Delivery Options

Various online support, meal and food delivery options now available

Available for delivery our menu is from Harry’s Deli At Wirra Wirra and they are making:

* Meat Option 1: Chicken Curry and Rice

* Vegetarian Option 1: Vegetable Curry and Rice

* Meat Option 2: Bangers and Mash

* Vegetarian Option 2: Buckwheat and Roasted Vegetable Risotto

While our community is managing life in response to COVID-19, most of us are in self-isolation and our eateries, cafes and restaurants have been forced to cease trading as usual.

Legacy Lifestyle Supports has teamed up with McLaren Vale Meeting Place to bring good food to your door! This venture has been designed to provide business to our local eateries (who will be cooking for us) and keep our community safe in their own homes.

For many of our existing NDIS Participants, this service will replace the support we often provide to assist with shopping and meal preparation in their own homes. During this global pandemic, we are also here to support the general community who are not associated with the NDIS. Please select the appropriate order form below to suit your personal circumstances.

We are offering two Home Assistance Box options to choose from.

Home Box 1: 10 Mains + one bag of Baby Spinach, Fruit and Sweet biscuits

Home Box 2: 6 Mains + General Groceries (~$40 value)

2L milk
2 x 150g baby spinach
6 pack apples
500g rice or pasta
1 loaf bread
300g grated cheese
1 toilet roll
1 pack sweet biscuits
1 tin crushed tomatoes
6 eggs

When ordering your Home Assistance Box, you will be able to choose a set number of meals from the following 4 options:

Meat Curry & Rice
Vego Curry & Rice (gf and vegan)
Meat Pasta
Vego Pasta


For NDIS Participants the NDIS Fee includes shop, prep and delivery costs of each box. The Ingredients Fee will cover cost of food and is not NDIS Claimable.

Box 1 – $150 NDIS Fee, plus $20 (inc GST) Ingredients Fee

Box 2 – $120 NDIS Fee, plus $50 (inc GST) Ingredients Fee

For General Community the single flat fee includes shop and meal prep only. Delivery is NOT included. These boxes must be collected from the café window at the Meeting Place in McLaren Vale. Box 1 or Box 2 – $110 (inc GST)

NDIS Fees will be invoiced or claimed directly from NDIS as ‘Daily Activities – Meal Prep & Delivery’.

After submitting your order, you’ll receive an email confirming your order and requesting payment for Ingredient Fees or General Community Box Fees. The payment link in the email will take you to PayPal, where you can pay using your PayPal account or with a credit card (no need to sign up for an account). If you are unable to use this payment method, we will invoice you, however Community Boxes will not  be available for collection until notification of payment is received.
