Our Founder
Legacy Lifestyle Supports is owned and operated by our founder, Kate Turner, who combined her education as a Developmental Educator with her lived experience as a sister and mum, to people living and embracing life with disabilities.
She developed her passion for inclusive opportunities and community connection, watching her Mum, and pursued education and personal development to create a business that could promote positive change in our local communities.
Legacy Lifestyle Supports, very proudly honours all that Kate has learned and is still learning to this day, about personal values, resilience, social awareness and communication.
We pride ourselves in maintaining a team that delivers empathetic services, built on a foundation of lived experience with disability, and backed by professional education and training.
Many of our staff are either currently living in a home with disability, or have lived experience with disability or mental health challenges.

Our Office Team
Kelly is our Service Manager – She manages participant intakes and staff onboarding to create connections that support great outcomes for all. She also coordinates complex participant matters, including feedback and complaints.
Deb is our Finance Manager. She manages invoicing and quotes, and is a great source of guidance when trying to understand how an NDIS plan can be used to pay for services.
Bianca is our Administrative Coordinator. She primarily manages bookings and rostering, and will also be able to direct your enquires as needed when you phone with a question.
